Historical Review Workshops Part 2 — Rustic Capitals


The next session of Myrna’s historical review will address Rustic Capitals. The session will begin with an overview of the various hands, discussion about the specific hand and then hands on work. Attendance of first workshop is not required for this hand.

There will be breaks in these programs flow to accommodate guest workshop artists such as Laurie Doctor (October 2013), Julian Waters (Spring 2014) and Thomas Ingmire (Fall 2014).

Fee: $45 for Guild members, $50 for non-members
Location: 203 Margaret Morrison, CMU

  • Speedball nibs/holders: C0-C3
  • Black ink or gouache
  • Paper pad/sheets
  • Pencil / eraser
  • T-square
  • Water jar
  • Tracing paper
  • Slant board (optional)
  • Lunch

NOTE: Parking on the street or in the garage is free on Sundays.
